IT’S THAT TIME AGAIN, FLU SHOTS
On Oct. 10, 2009 the Heatlh and Welfare will be offering flu shots to all active members. The cost of the vaccination for the non-active members are $20 and that includes the cost of the nurse to administer the vaccine. The shots will be administered in the hall from 7:30am till noon only that one day. The nurses will be here to check blood pressure and cholestrol if anyone is interested in getting that done. The fund will also be available to print out new ID cards and laminate any cards that need to be laminated. If anyone has any questions please give us a call and we will try to answer any questions. At this time LDI won’t have the H1N1 vaccine at this time, so those will not be given.
